Through Project Access’ peer-to-peer mentor network we match talented applicants with current students at the world’s best universities. Our mentors provide applicants with information, application feedback and support throughout the application process. Some mentors even go beyond this, and act as role models for high school students in their own country or community by giving talks and doing outreach workshops to inspire and support underprivileged students applying for top universities.
Already signed up as a mentor? Apply to be a part of our central team, and help us with anything from social media, systems design, fundraising, AI, communication, recruitment or work for a country team. Join more than 110 volunteers from around the world and help us widen access for all students! You can also volunteer to host application workshops in your home country/state/town/high school or host a webinar. We’re piloting our on-campus support, so we’re also looking for campus ambassadors at our target universities. We are always looking for more volunteers – if you would like to join our team in some capacity, feel free to send us an email! We recruit most of our volunteer positions within our mentor network and through Facebook or LinkedIn, so make sure to befriend us there!
Our volunteers have experience from BCG, McKinsey & Co., Goldman Sachs, the United Nations, Teach First, and a lot of other private, public and third sector organisations.
At Project Access, we work tirelessly to fight inequality in higher education – because we want to see a world where passion and potential define a young person’s future. We rely a lot on the heroic effort of our volunteers, however, in order to truly solve the problem of access, we need your help. We are very proud and grateful to work with some of the world’s leading foundations, such as the McCall MacBain Foundation. Do you want to support access to top universities for underprivileged students? Contact us here. You can choose to direct your support toward specific countries or universities.
You can also donate through PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account and they accept most credit cards. Press the donate button below and you will be taken to a secure site.
